Slight inductive leakage cannot be detected with a test pen. For example, the neon bulb of the test pen is bright, indicating that there is a serious inductive leakage in the refrigerator. The reason is: because the control circuit of the refrigerator compressor and the lighting circuit in the refrigerator pass between the cabinet shell and the inner wall, there is a certain distributed capacitance in itself, and the compressor is an induction motor, and a self-induced electric potential is generated on the rotor. . During the operation of the compressor, if for some reason, the distributed capacitance and self-inductance are increased, the induced current on the box will increase. At this time, if there is no reliable grounding wire, when a human hand touches the cabinet, hemp inductance will occur. The troubleshooting method is to lead the wiring at the refrigerator grounding wire position to be reliably grounded. For safety reasons, do not connect the refrigerator grounding wire to the gas pipe.

The connector is loose, causing poor grounding and leakage.

When the cabinet is found to have hemp inductance, use a megger to measure the insulation resistance between the compressor winding and the casing to be greater than 2.5MΩ, indicating that the insulation between the circuit part and the cabinet metal is normal, and it can be judged that the fault lies in the power socket, such as The ground wire of the socket is deformed and loose, causing the refrigerator's metal shell to not be grounded and causing electric leakage. In this case, just repair the socket ground and make it well grounded to eliminate the fault. For the leakage fault of the refrigerator that has just been used, it is necessary to consider whether there is a phase wire connected to the shell, or the phase wire is connected to the ground wire by mistake. It should be checked and ruled out one by one.

The internal leakage of the refrigerator is divided into the following categories.

Leakage of waterproof cable.

The leakage of waterproof cable is generally common in refrigerators that have been used for a long time. The phenomenon is that after the power is turned on, the overload protection relay is frequently turned on and off, the compressor cannot be started, the cabinet is electrified, and there is hemp inductance when touched by hands. The power supply voltage is normal, and the DC resistance of each winding of the compressor is measured with the "ohm" block, and there is no short circuit between each winding to the ground. Checking the temperature control circuit and the lighting circuit can not find obvious problems. This situation can be judged as the aging of the waterproof line or the breakdown of the waterproof line insulator. After the waterproof cable is wet, the resistance between its two cores will be below 1MΩ (normally it should be infinite), which causes the waterproof cable to have low insulation resistance and the power supply breakdown under the influence of external factors due to condensation. Leakage, resulting in insufficient power supply voltage, excessive compressor current and abnormal operation of the compressor, and the protection relay repeatedly trips. The waterproof wire can be covered with an insulating sleeve. The best way is to remove the old waterproof cable and replace it with a rubber waterproof cable.
