The refrigerator is a kind of refrigeration equipment that maintains a constant low temperature, and is also a product that keeps food or other items at a constant low temperature and cold state. The refrigerator include a compressor, a cabinet or box for the ice machine to freeze, and a storage box with a refrigeration unit.

The volume of the refrigerator is usually 20 to 500 liters. In 1910, the world's first compact refrigeration household refrigerator was introduced in the United States. In 1925, the Swedish Lido Company developed a household absorption refrigerator. In 1927, General Electric Company of the United States developed a fully enclosed refrigerator. In 1930, air-cooled continuous diffusion absorption refrigerators with different heating methods were put on the market. In 1931, the new refrigerant freon 12 was successfully developed.

Development of refrigerator

In the mid-17th century, the word "refrigerator" entered the American language. Until then, the refrigerator only affected the diet of ordinary American citizens. With the development of the city, the sale of ice has gradually developed. It is gradually being used by hotels, hotels, hospitals and traders for the preservation of meat, fish and butter. Later, the ice was used for refrigerated trucks and also entered civilian use. By 1880, half of the refrigerators sold in New York, Philadelphia, and Baltimore, and one-third of refrigerators sold in Boston and Chicago began to enter the home.

Making an efficient refrigerator is not as simple as we think. In the early 19th century, inventors' understanding of the thermophysical knowledge that was essential to refrigeration science was very shallow. It is believed that the best refrigerators should prevent the melting of ice, and such a view that was very common at the time was clearly wrong, because it was the melting of ice that played a role in refrigeration. In the early days, people made a lot of efforts to preserve ice, including wrapping the ice with a blanket, so that ice could not play its role. It was not until the end of the 19th century that inventors succeeded in finding the precise balance of insulation and circulation required for efficient refrigerators.

Working principle

Currently used is a compression refrigerator, which is powered by an electric motor that works on the refrigeration system through a compressor. The refrigeration system is made using a low boiling point refrigerant that absorbs heat during vaporization. The advantage is that the life is long and the use is convenient. 91 to 95% of the refrigerators in the world belong to this category. Commonly used refrigerators use a refrigerant called R600 refrigerator a as a hot "porter" to "handle" the "hot" in the refrigerator to the outside of the refrigerator.

Classification

  • Energy-saving refrigerator: The energy-saving refrigerator adopts advanced refrigerator compressor, the technical parameters such as cooling capacity and energy efficiency ratio are optimized, the heat preservation performance of the refrigerator is enhanced, and the thermal conductivity of the whole refrigerator cabinet is superior to the general refrigerator.

  • Computer refrigerator: The third generation digital temperature control refrigerator is based on computer artificial intelligence and is represented by precise digital temperature control. A visual digital temperature display can be used outside the box to accurately control the temperature inside the cabinet. Even if the refrigerator is turned on frequently, it can be controlled by the computer system to change the working frequency of the compressor, so that the temperature is fixed at the set value, and the power saving effect is achieved.

  • Fluorine-free refrigerator: This refrigerator does not use fluorine refrigeration, because the fluorine refrigerator is a refrigerator that uses Freon 11 and Freon 12 as a blowing agent and a refrigerant. The refrigerator refrigerant used now is R600a, which makes the refrigerator faster and more energy efficient.

  • Inverter refrigerator: Adopting advanced "DC stepless frequency conversion" technology, the compressor speed can be flexibly changed from 2000 to 4000 rpm according to changes in external temperature and food storage. Smooth frequency conversion can avoid energy waste, save more than 70% energy compared with ordinary refrigerators, and can reduce the noise value by more than 50%, and extend the service life of compressors and complete systems.

Instructions

During the use of the refrigerator, its working time and power consumption are greatly affected by the ambient temperature. Therefore, we need to choose different gears in different seasons. The refrigerator thermostat should open the low gear in winter and open up in the summer. When the summer ambient temperature is high, it should be used in the weak gears 2 and 3, and when the winter ambient temperature is low, it should be used in the strong gears 4 and 5.

In summer, the ambient temperature is high (up to 30 °C), the freezer If the temperature is in the strong block (4, 5), it is below -18 °C, the temperature difference between the inside and the outside is large, so the temperature inside the box is very difficult to drop by 1 °C, and then the air-conditioning through the box insulation layer and the door seal will be lost. Speed up, so the boot time is very long and the downtime is very short, which will cause the compressor to run at high temperature for a long time, which consumes electricity and easily damages the compressor. If it is changed to a weak gear (2, 3 gears) at this time, the refrigerator will be turned on significantly shorter, reducing compressor wear and prolonging the service life. Therefore, when the temperature is high in summer, the temperature control is adjusted to a weak position. When the ambient temperature in winter is low, if the temperature controller is still adjusted to a weak position, the temperature difference between the inside and the outside will be small, and the compressor will not start easily. The refrigerator in the single refrigeration system may also freeze in the freezer compartment.

Maintenance

Disinfection

The refrigerator should not be overfilled, and appropriate space should be reserved to facilitate the passage of cold air through all deposits. In addition, the refrigerator should be disinfected regularly. For 3-4 weeks, wipe it with dilute bleaching water or 0.1% potassium permanganate. At the same time, clean the refrigerator regularly, including each layer, especially the filter. It is often the place where dirt and germs accumulate.

Cleaning

9 steps to clean the refrigerator:

  1. It is best to clean the outer casing of the refrigerator every day. Wipe the outer casing and handle of the refrigerator with a slightly damp soft cloth.

  2. Cut off the power before cleaning the liner and take out the food in the refrigerator.

  3. Soft cloth on the water or utensils detergent, gently scrub, then wipe off the detergent to remove the detergent.

  4. Remove the accessories in the box and wash them with water or detergent.

  5. When cleaning the “switch”, “lighting” and “thermostat” of the refrigerator, please wipe the rag or sponge to dry.

  6. After the inner wall is cleaned, use a soft cloth to draw glycerin (medical open stopper) and wipe the inner wall of the refrigerator. It will be easier to wipe the next time.

  7. Clean the seal with a cloth soaked in alcohol. If there is no alcohol on hand, wipe the seal with 1:1 vinegar water, the disinfection effect is very good.

  8. Clean the ventilation grille on the back of the refrigerator with a vacuum cleaner or a soft brush. Do not use a damp cloth to avoid rust.

  9. After cleaning, plug in the power supply and check if the temperature controller is set to the correct position.
